Reproduction — Water-Soluble Calcium
What is Reproduction?
Reproduction is water-soluble calcium made from eggshells dissolved in natural vinegar. Where Structure builds the physical architecture, Reproduction triggers the reproductive transition: flowering, fruiting, and seed set. Calcium is not just a structural mineral — it is a signaling molecule that tells the plant conditions are favorable for reproduction.
What does it do?
Applied during the transition from vegetative to reproductive growth, Reproduction triggers flower bud initiation and improves fruit set. Farmers report larger fruit, more consistent sizing, improved flavor, and better seed viability. It also strengthens cell walls in developing fruit, extending shelf life.
How is it made?
Wash, dry, and optionally roast eggshells. Submerge in natural vinegar at a 1:10 ratio. The shells will bubble as acid reacts with calcium carbonate. Allow to dissolve for 7–14 days. Strain and store. Use at 1:1000.
Structure vs Reproduction
Both are calcium preparations but with different forms and timing. Structure (from bone) is for building — use during vegetative growth. Reproduction (from eggshell) is for triggering — use during reproductive transitions. Using them at the wrong time can produce the opposite effect.
