Once a month, one of Master Cho’s nine solutions gets made on the table in front of you. The jars go around the room so you learn what right smells and tastes like. Then questions, then potluck.

Start a meeting where you live

A monthly meeting is the best way to grow KNF in a place. It’s also a real commitment. We’re looking for people who will show up month after month.

What it takes

  • Hosting every month. Reliability is what builds a group.
  • A steady venue: a farm, community center or hall.
  • Practicing KNF yourself. You don’t need to be an expert.
  • The drive to organize, promote and follow through.

What we give you

  • A ready-made curriculum covering all nine solutions.
  • Zoom streaming so members elsewhere can join.
  • Your own page here, with schedule, recordings and check-in.
  • Certified instructors and the Foundation behind you.
