Hilo Monthly Meetings
Free, hands-on monthly gatherings at the Komohana Research & Extension Center in Hilo. Open to everyone — no membership required.
What happens at a meeting
Each month takes one of Master Cho’s nine solutions — the inputs KNF is built on — and makes it in front of you.
Watch it made
Dr. Drake makes that month’s solution on the table, start to finish, and says why each step matters.
Smell and taste
Finished jars go around the room. You learn what “right” smells like, which no book can teach.
Ask anything
About this month’s solution, or whatever’s going on at your place. Bring photos.
Eat together
The evening ends with a potluck. Bring a dish if you can.
