Canoe Crop Kalo

I'm going to grow kalo in a Food Canoe. I want to see how it does in a Food Canoe rather than in a garden. I'm wondering if the corms will size. I expect that it will do very well :)
Project Timeline
I made one gallon of leaf formula and sprayed the kalo. The rest I applied to all the other crops in the hoop houses and it was enough to spray everything.
I sprayed the Leaf Formula. There are some small bugs onsome of the leaves so I will spray twice this coming week.
I water every or every other day, depending on how hot it is and if the soil is moist or not
I applied the bloom formula. I also top dressed the soil with worm castings and mulched. The kalo is looking really good and there are more keikis!
I gathered grass clippings and mulched the kalo
I water every or every other day, depending on how hot it is and if the soil is moist or not
I cleaned out my worm farm and applied the castings to the soil supporting the kalo
I sprayed the bloom formula.
Again, I sprayed the maintenance formula. It seems that there isn't much change from last week, maybe a little less yellowing on the leaves. There are a few keiki emerging on the sides of the parent kalo. Kalo is watered every day or every other day depending on how hot it has been.

Again, I used a pre-mixed maintenance that I keep on hand to be readily available. I use 27 oz water with 1 tsp of pre-mixed maintenance. I didn't need the entire 27 oz so I sprayed my other crops as well. I didn't apply any minerals.
I took a vacation and the kalo wasn't sprayed but was watered daily. Upon my return, it looked ok but there was some yellowing on the leaves. I applied the maintenance solution on 4-12, about five weeks after the last spraying.

I made a gallon of the leaf formula and sprayed some on the kalo and sprayed the rest on my other crops in the hoop houses. One gallon covers everything
Week 7. The kalo is growing so well! Some new leaves are emerging and there are no signs of pests.
I am watering the kalo every other day and that seems to be sufficient.
I made 2 gallons of leaf formula but only sprayed about 1/4 gal on the kalo and the soil
I made 2 gallons of bloom formula but only sprayed about 1/4 gal on the kalo and the soil

Week 6. The kalo is growing great! I sprayed the bloom formula. I think adding some mulch soon would be good for the kalo.

Week 5. I sprayed the leaf formula .All 12 of the huli have now sprouted a new leaf! Health of the plants looks really good.
It's still the rainy season. Squalls just keep coming! I'm only watering very other day because the soil is damp when I water and I don't want to overwater.

Week 4. I'm a day late to apply the solutions. I sprayed the bloom formula. 7 of the 12 huli have sprouted a new leaf so far and hopefully they will all pop by next week.
Since we are having our rainy season, I've only been watering every other day.

Week 3. I harvested 12 huli (6 each of 2 different varieties) from mature plants on our farm. I planted them in a zigzag, about 12" apart. Then I watered them well and sprayed the leaf formula.

Week 2. I drenched the soil solution for the second time and then deep watered it in. Soil is watered daily to keep the microbes happy.

Week 1. Today I cleared some space in my Food Canoe to plant 10x2 feet of kalo. I applied IMO4 to the surface soil and 4 gal of soil solution. Then I deep watered. I will repeat the same thing next week.
I deep watered IMO4 and soil solution into the Food Canoe soil
I dusted handfuls of IMO4 on the surface. Then I drenched with the soil solution. And then I deep watered.
