Chat — Our member chat is where the daily conversation happens. Ask a question at 2am and someone in a different time zone might answer before morning. Channels for beginners, research, specific solutions, and more.
Spirit of Master Cho — Type `!help` in the #mastercho channel with any KNF question. Our AI knowledge base searches years of teaching transcripts and finds the answer.
KNF is learned by doing. The Research Program gives you structure and community support.

The Foundation was built by three people in 2019 who believed KNF should be accessible to everyone. Six years later, that’s still the mission. The only thing that’s changed is how many people are part of it.
