The library names no tutor. It does name one Michigan grower. Mogli, in Ganges, Michigan, grows hemp and is testing IMO in his hemp bedding product. (Office Hours Ep. 81, 32:49)
For your clay, the library points to IMO4. Cho's Solutions says IMO4 is best as a top dress to establish a living soil foundation. (Cho's Solutions, p. 11) Cho also says to collect microbes in your own farming region, because they know the local soil. (Cho, Recipe, p. 9)
Your worms and millipedes fit the picture. The KNF text says soil microbes become food for earthworms, beetles, millipedes and other small creatures. Those creatures break down soil nutrients further so plants can use them. (Unravelling the Mysteries of KNF, p. 73)
For the market garden beds, Drake recommends spraying weekly. Alternate through the nutrient cycle, following the book's nine vital solutions and seven prescriptions. (Office Hours Ep. 112, 31:35)
The library does not cover Michigan climate, plant choices for your region, or any mentor program.
