Yes. Drake's library says soft eggs need more water-soluble KNF calcium in the feed or water to harden the shell. (Office Hours Ep. 153, 6:09)
Calcium also goes in the feed. Dr. Park's basic chicken formula uses 200ml calcium phosphate with roughly 30kg rice bran, plus seawater, Animal Mineral D, plant juice, toasted oyster shell and IMO 4. (Office Hours Ep. 152, 1:02:30)
Look at the whole diet, too. Too much nitrogen-rich feed pushes chickens into growth mode instead of laying. Add wild grass, calcium, and phosphorus. (Office Hours Ep. 132, 19:10)
The library gives no dose or dilution for chicken water, so it can't confirm how much to add.

we add a TBSP of WCA to our 24hr fermented chicken food mix when egg production drops or there are abnormalities to eggshell. definitely helps keep chickens healthy.
