Board of Directors
Three volunteer directors. A majority is a quorum. The board meets regularly, follows Robert's Rules of Order, and keeps minutes of every meeting.

What the officers do
- President: runs the foundation day to day under the board's direction, chairs board and member meetings, and sits on every committee.
- Vice President: stands in for the President.
- Secretary: keeps the minutes, the member register and the bylaws, and sends meeting notices.
- Treasurer: the chief financial officer. Oversees money in and out and reports to the board.
From the bylaws, Article VII. Directors serve two-year terms; officers are elected by the board every year.
