FPJ Sinks vs Sources, IMO4 Bog Soil Myth, Bee Feed Without Sugar
Drake opens with an I Ching reading (pushing upward) then covers the HFUU convention next weekend in Kona, where he will teach Korean natural farming solutions, indigenous microbes, and effective application. No office hours next week because of the trip.
A viewer asks why FPJ should use plant growth tips instead of the whole plant. Drake explains sinks (growing tips, unripe fruit, flowers, ripe fruit) hold concentrated growth hormones and enzymes, while sources (mature leaves) just make sugar. Gather sinks in the morning before sunlight breaks them down.
Another question asks about "bog soil" in Master Cho's IMO4. Drake says he has never seen that term and thinks it is a mistranslation. The real recipe is propagated IMO3, red dirt, and field soil, where red soil means old, mineral-rich, organic-matter-depleted dirt, not a wetland bog.
The last stretch covers bees. Watching a Master Cho video, Drake warns against feeding bees plain sugar water in a dearth. Instead, make a Type 3 KNF solution (food, cleanser, medicine, structure, fuel, minerals, reproduction), dilute it, and spray broad leaves 50 meters from the hive every five days so bees forage it like flowers. Spray around 10am on sunny days only, since bees will not fly out in cloudy or rainy weather.
Questions answered
- 15:04 FPJ: what's the difference between fermenting the whole plant vs just the growth tips? — Growth tips are sinks loaded with hormones and enzymes; mature leaves are sources that just make sugar, so gather the tips, unripe fruit, flowers, or ripe fruit.
- 24:38 What did Master Cho mean by adding bog soil to IMO4? — Drake says he's never seen that term and thinks it's a mistranslation; the real recipe uses propagated IMO3, red dirt, and field soil.
- 27:28 What's the feeding schedule for baby chicks (brown rice, eggs, bamboo leaves)? — Drake points to his YouTube basic poultry seminar and the older Natural Farming Chicken Feed Workshop video for the full breakdown.
- 32:39 After draining FPJ, can you rewash the leftover mash with water for more juice? — Technically yes, but Drake says it's not worth it; better to turn the leftovers into vinegar or feed them to livestock.
- 45:20 What should you feed bees instead of sugar water during a dearth? — Make a KNF Type 3 solution (food, cleanser, medicine, structure, fuel, minerals, reproduction), dilute it, and spray it on broad leaves near the hive.
- 52:30 How often should you spray the Type 3 solution for bees? — Every five days instead of feeding sugar water.
- 53:11 What's a fair retail price for fish amino acid (FAA)? — About a thousand dollars a gallon is fair market price, given a year-plus cold ferment with no heat or pressure and intact proteins.
- 1:02:43 What time of day and weather is best to spray for bees? — Around 10am on sunny days only; bees won't fly out to forage on cloudy or rainy days.

1:32 Thanks for being here. Sunday. Doing some voiceovers.
2:23 And brought to you by Pure K&F Foundation. And going over the works of Master Cho. And all his good things that he has going for us. Keeping his spirit alive. Going through what we need to be doing. Good. So before we get into the goods. Let's start with a little bit of higher wisdom. So today is pushing upward. And it says activity grounded in truth. Brings progress and good fortune. So it is a time when great progress can be made through effort of will. However, it is essential that all your activity be characterized by humility, conscientiousness, and adaptability.
3:17 Progress as a tree does. Bending around obstacles rather than confronting them. Pushing upward steadily, but gently. There is nothing to be feared from others now. Feel free to ask for help from those who are in a position to give it. Be neither subservient or forceful with those you encounter. Simply meet everyone with tolerance and gentle goodwill. Those who look for good in others, find it there. If fears or doubts intrude, remain quietly focused on the activity at hand.
4:02 Cultivate inner independence and trust the leadership of the sage. The time is ripe for progress. Be put forth an effort that is innocent, sincere, and balanced. So, yeah. That's always good. Pushing upward. Making progress. Doing things right. The good way. Um, great. Um, well. We got some good folks here today. What's up, Mark? Bridgeron. Bridgeron. I'm doing a bunch of, like, construction work type stuff. Putting things together. I'm doing a bunch of, like, construction work type stuff. Putting things together. I'm doing a bunch of, like, building a bunch of, like, building a bunch of stuff.
4:39 And, uh, I've been getting ready. Because we made it from guavas. We made it from ginger. And lime. We made it from, like, and lime. And we made it from, like, and we made it from, like, and we made it from guavas. And we made it from ginger. And lime. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger.
4:59 And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And we made it from ginger. And limes. And we made it from ginger. And limes. To be drink additives for the upcoming HFUU convention. Which, um, is coming right up next weekend. In fact, I wanted to let you guys know that I will not be here next week. And I will be in Kona. So I won't have, there won't be office hours next week. Um, I'll be in Kona. But, um, let me transition. Wrong one, wrong one. Sorry about that. Let me do this instead, like that.
5:40 Um, and we are going to be running the hive at Malanui. Um, and this will be the schedule. So we'll be going from 9am to 10am. 10.30ish. Making regenerative solutions. Part one of Korean natural farming. So I'm going to go over the, uh, four of the nine solutions here. And then, uh, part two is going to be from 10.30 to 11.30. Another hour. This is, that's an hour and a half. This is an hour. Okay. I want to set out. And, um, yeah, maybe I can do an intro here. And then, uh, making regenerative solutions.
6:25 So we'll go over the other four solutions. You will have eight of them. And there are nine core solutions. So one after lunch, one to two, uh, the Reverend Logan will be teaching about indigenous microbes and soil health of Korean natural farming. Um, and then from 2.30 to 3.30, uh, Daniel will be teaching the effective applications of Korean natural farming. So how to take what you, you've made and how to effectively apply it on your farm or whatever situation you have. Farm, garden, those types of things.
7:01 And then we're going to finish out the day 3.30 to five doing, um, Korean natural farming. We're going to have Dan and, uh, Jason be there talking about coffee, small farms in Kona, how they are putting, um, the Korean natural farming into practice to work on things like coffee, leaf rust, coffee, berry, or bug, um, and just what they're doing. And this may also Logan, Daniel, myself will be available that if there's more questions, we can do Q and a, it depends how long, if they stutter, if they need help or whatever. It's a fairly long session, right? Hour and a half.
7:43 Is that an hour and a half? Yeah. Hour and a half. So, you know, just to wrap up the day, kind of bringing it through the solutions, starting the solutions, making more of them, going through the microbes, applying them really well, and then finishing up with like, how do you put it into practice on a small farm, especially coffee? Cause it's going to be in Kona, you know, Kona coffee, um, uh, really struggling, you know, they just round up the shit out of it. I would, ah, people think Kona coffee is good. It's, you're getting probably 50% roundup in there. It's not going to lie.
8:16 Unless you're getting an organic from certain farms that do, uh, organic Kona coffee is probably pretty good, but I would get it from Jason Mahina Malay farms. He's a, he's a solid brethren. I would get it from Dan, those guys. So, but, uh, that's happening there. And then if you are interested in the rest of, there's also other things going on at the convention. So if you show up, um, there's going to be panels on organic certification, farmers and researchers working together with Korean natural farming. So there's another Korean natural farming thing here. Kola is doing it.
8:50 Um, with Dan and Hector, um, should be interesting. I don't know which one you need to choose to listen to Dan and Hector or come learn about the solutions to you. Um, and then, uh, what is this? Uh, what's next in ag leveraging the economy, put some AI in there. I don't know. Hopefully there's AI. And then, um, we got, uh, importance of near shore fisheries. That sounds pretty cool. These are all going on simultaneously. Like the, the, we're, we're doing just the Korean natural farming in this one spot here.
9:25 I mean, there is more Korean natural farming there, obviously, but, um, and then there's food security, Kuleana, and, um, talking about economic vital viability and social equity in Hawaii food hub systems. Let me tell you, it's not economically viable. You're better off to rent your place to go with tourism. Farming in Hawaii is crazy. Unless you're growing drugs, uh, it's not economically viable. I mean, if you want to like, you're going to make less than minimum wage farming is really what it comes down to.
9:56 So, um, so if you're down for that and you have the passion and the heart and you want to restore the soil, heal the things, do it. But, um, you know, anyway, uh, just a spoiler alert. Sorry. I already spoiled it. Um, and, uh, what else? Food safety, food safety. What a joke. Um, okay. Anyway, sorry. I don't, I don't mean to be. Oh, I should, I should be like food. So yeah, that's a good idea. Keep the food safe. Right. If anyone's been engaged in food safety, you'd be like, what a joke. What a joke. There's, it's just about CYA, cover your ass.
10:33 Um, shifting the liability, um, to the farmer, to screw the farmer versus the markets. Anyway. Yeah. It's pushing upward. Okay. Let's push upward. Let's go around the obstacles rather than confront them. Okay. Uh, this looks fun too. Native producers, um, Mala Oivi. Um, it's fun. Kaipo. Great guy. Great guy. And Jesse Koone. Yeah. Cool. You got some good folks there. Um, like cattlemen's, that'll be fun. Uh, healthy range lands for generations to come. I'll also definitely be talking about that. That's what I do. Uh, Jill Takuda.
11:17 If you want to, uh, views from the committee on agriculture in Washington, D.C. Waaaah. Okay. Okay. Stay positive. Stay positive. Um, Noe Al Peralta. Um, Ahuapua as a food system. That looks pretty fun. Um, definitely Ahuapua. That's permaculture. The Ahuapua system. Freaking awesome. So, hopefully they're gonna, we're gonna video ours. So, and that'll be available to members. So, if you're not able to be there. I don't think the rest of these are gonna be videoed. So, um, you know, I don't know. Boy's county's role in doubling food production. Again, what a joke. Uh, what a joke. Sorry.
12:02 I, I, I, oh gosh. Um, oh my god. Sorry. Um, what a joke. What a joke. If you can't make money farming, why the fuck are you gonna farm? You, you, you just make food for yourself and like, like, it's basically like slavery. If other people are doing other jobs and you're just barely, you're making less than minimum wage. And you still have to pay land tax and property. Like, like they're gonna take your, like, if I, uh, small rant, small rant. If I planted my entire land here with bananas and I tried to grow bananas, I couldn't pay the property tax alone.
12:42 Let alone pay myself, pay the fertilizer, pay any, you know, and I could ferment to make most of that. I could do it basically for free with Madag methods. I'd still lose the land. Cause it's not, that's not profitable. So I'd have to get subsidies and other things to farm. Anyway, small rant. Let's stay positive. Let's stay positive. Um, new cottage food rules. Okay. How about just deregulation in general? Okay. Oh gosh. Man. Okay. I'm really stoked on the Korean natural farming going to be there. The rest. Oh, let's see here. Um, people's going over. What is this? Native land stewards. Okay.
13:24 Unique aquaculture systems, feeding communities. Okay. Yeah. I'm stoked on that too. I think all the indigenous stuff I'm stoked on. And then the political stuff. It's like, just, just shut down like the rest of the government. And shut down. We're not even missing you, bro. We're not even missing you. In fact, I think we're better off. Just shut down. No worries. We got this. Okay. Anyway. Um, anyway, so hopefully that that's what's going to be going on next weekend. So if you're in, you're in Kona, if you're on the big island, make it there, sign up. HFUU.org, get a free food.
14:01 I can't believe we're just giving out free food to people. It's costing like 30 grand to do that, but whatever. Enjoy it. Have a good time. Come see me. Come see others. It's, it's, it's a gathering of wizards. It's my favorite time of the year. It's HFUU convention. I like it more than Christmas and Halloween and it's epic, bro. Be there. Um, what's up? We got good folks in the house, man. We got Ted. What's up, Ted? So I haven't seen you before. Ted Elson. What's up, Ted? Where are you from? Right. Let us know. Coming on. That's better. Great. I fixed the sound for Ted specifically. Um, Mark.
14:43 Love you, brother. Um, my Greek friend. Hello. Uh, alright. Stonemason in the house. One of our most OG members. Uh, probably besides Goofman. Goofman and Stonemason. You guys gotta, you gotta ferment to see who's gonna be the most OG. Um, great guys. Great guys. Um, I got one FPJ. Uh, what is the difference when we use the whole plant versus when we use the tips of the plant? What's the difference uses on both? Okay. Great question. My Greek friend. Um, let me break it down for you. So, um, so I did a great talk on this, but it, but basically, okay.
15:31 Okay. So let me, let me just, let me, um, let me pull up my friend chat here. Uh, chat GP, uh, oh, uh, or I guess it's chat GPT. Uh, let me, uh, am I really gonna chat? You know what? Let me, let me just use a local model and see. Um, let me see what's gonna happen here. If I can just pull up a local model. Cause I'd, I'd rather just use this computer here. I don't think it's gonna break anything. Let me just see what, um, what is the difference between sinks and sources in agriculture with
16:22 a plant. So I, I will see what it generates here. Um, but the basic idea is that you, in your plant, all the growth hormones and enzymes are concentrated in what they call sinks. Okay. Sinks are the growing tips of the plants. And so when you, all those growth hormones and enzymes are there in the place, and it's called a sink because it's drawing energy from the plant. And then the rest of the plant, once it gets mature and the leaf comes out and then it acts as a solar panel, then it's called a source because it's a source of energy versus the sink is drawing. It's sinking energy.
17:02 Like think of a sinking boat versus a source is growing and think of it like a solar panel energy. And once the plant is engaged in source type of stuff, the hormones, the enzymes, the growth material is not there. It's not concentrated. It's too, that's, that's very vital, uh, stuff that when it gets hit by sunlight, it's not there. So the plant puts its enzymes into the sinks, grows, and then creates sources. And so you want to be gathering the sinks, the places where this is concentrated. That's why you want to gather it in the morning when it's most concentrated, because the plants
17:37 actually grow at night because the solar radiation will damage those growth hormones. It's there. So let's, let's read here. What does chat say? Um, so it says generates and exports. Oh, so a source generates and exports, assimilates, and then a sink consumes and, or stores assimilates. Okay. So the one generates the other consumes. Um, the source is mature photosynthetically active leaves, sometimes stemic. Sometimes stems or old leaves. And the sink is the growing shoots, new leaves, stems, roots, flowers, developing fruit, seeds, storage organs. And so all these things are the materials.
18:24 The sinks are the material that you'd be gathering, right? These are the things you want to gather are the sinks where the energy is going, right? Where it's being used and going. And this is where the concentration of good things are. And so again, in the source has high photosynthetic activity producing glucose, sucrose, and other products. And then this, but the sink has high metabolic demand for cell division expansion or storage synthesis. And these are all the things that you want to capture to put into your new plant are these things.
19:00 So fermenting the whole plant, you're going to get just like glucose, sucrose, and it's not to say you're not going to get any fertilizer benefit, but the enzymes and hormones and the things that are, you know, for cell division expansion storage synthesis. These are the things you want. So the sugar is expensive. And the whole point is like gather the material that has stuff that makes cell division expansion and storage synthesis. Um, so these ones load sugar in these ones consume sugar. Um, yeah, so here, here you go. So control signals.
19:38 So the sinks over there are controlled by light CO2 and stomatal conductance versus the sink is controlled by developmental cues with hormones, auxins, cytokinines, ethylene, and environmental signals. So this is full of auxins, cytokinines, ethylene, the hormones that you need in there, right? It's concentrated in the sink. Um, yeah, so that, that, that's, that's the reason that you don't want to use the whole plant. Um, you know, what do, what do sources do? They, they do that. What sinks do, they store energy, mature fruits, consume, you know, new tech, new tissue, these things.
20:25 Um, yeah, so, so where, you know, um, developing grain, the endosperm, that's where the are, the fruit, fruit bearing stems, tubers, seeds, you know, that, that like you want to get it. So I hope, I hope that lets you know, like, it's not worth, um, it's not worth taking the whole plant and fermenting it with that much sugar. You're not going to get that much juice. Plus it's, it's not the stuff you want. You want to gather it in the morning or, you know, you want to gather the growth tips. You want to gather the unripe fruits or you want to gather the ripe fruits or the, or the flowers.
20:59 Those are the, you know, you've got three categories. One is the, the growth tips. Category two is unripe fruit and flowers. And then category three is fruits. And those, why, why are those? Because they're all sinks. They're all those things with the concentrating energy, taking those things. And it's not worth taking like the rest of the plant. That's all like, you know, it's just, it's like eating an old steak, like from a steak from an old cow. Right. It's just not as good. You want a young steer at like the prime of its life where you just slit its throat and blood spurts everywhere.
21:33 And you fucking hang that thing up and just rip its flesh apart. That's going to be the most delicious. Oh, farming. So brutal, bro. So brutal. Farming is so brutal. Anyway, um, most people don't think it. They just go buy a piece of meat at the store, whatever. They don't think of it just like blood just. You try and gather that blood and suck it up. It's the best nutrients, bro. Anyway, you gotta get fucking tough to be a farmer. Okay. Rainbow possum farm in the house. Um, so if, oh, so just, just to return to that one minute here.
22:14 So if I was to go and, um, like say, say I wanted to use the whole plant, I would go here to, this is my recipe book, right? Uh, recipe book here. If I was going to use the whole plant, I would go down to the disgustingly cheap food down here. And I would take the whole plant and throw it in a barrel and just rot it. I would not use the whole plant in the sugar, making a K and F food method. I would just take the whole plant, throw it in here, throw in a handful of, of soil, fill it with water, let it sit two weeks or longer.
22:51 You're going to dilute it one to a hundred when you use, and you would get nutrients out of a whole plant. I would not do this recipe here. Uh, you, come on, you're going to be first. Not finding it. Come on. This one. I would not do this. Where you're mixing with sugar and adding, um, mixing it as if it's a cement mixer with one third to half the weight. It's getting weird feedback. Hopefully that wasn't happening to you. I'll just get my headphones because I have a phone on the cable. EM interference. Uh, I'm irradiating myself. At least in the small bandwidths.
23:36 Um, I would not follow this recipe with the plant, the mature plant. Just the tips. Just the tip. Um, and the unripe fruits, flowers, and fruits. But these are well worth it. And you're getting all the goods out of it. So, hopefully I beat this. Uh, you know. And I beat anorexia. Um, hopefully it makes sense here. Um, and that, that's a good question though. That's, uh, you know, should have that, you know, understanding that, understanding why you got to get up early in the morning to get the plant tips. Because that's when they're there and that's the goods, bro.
24:19 You do that and it makes a huge, huge, huge difference. You're not just putting NPK or like fertilizer. You're putting growth hormones, enzymes, auxins, you know, all that good stuff. It is, and, and, um, uh, endo fights, endo fights, endo fights. Oh my gosh. There's so many good things. And there's just so many reasons why. So, um, all right, cool. So, Weston, what's then? What's up, bro? Haven't seen you before. Um, and big West in the house. Yo, aggro centroph, Kristoff in the house. You guys jump in the chat, bro. You guys are members. Come on, be members. Okay. So, uh, let's see here.
24:59 We got a question. Hey, Drake, what did Cho mean by incorporating bog soil into IMO4? Do we include water from that soil as well? I have no idea where you got bog soil from, to be honest. Uh, can you tell me where he says bog soil? Because when I go down to, let's see here, pull this down here. And I'm looking at not this one, but this one. Foundation IMO. This would be Master Cho's IMO4. Making foundation IMO. There is 50 pounds of your propagated microbes from what Master Cho would say IMO3 was. Which is just propagated IMOs. And then there's red dirt. And then there's soil from the field.
25:41 So, I don't know where bog soil came from. I would love to know the source. Um, cause that sounds like a mistranslation and or like a misunderstanding. I'm not sure who and what is propagating bog soil. Um, and yeah. So, interesting. Um, Ja Sun making progress in South Korea. Yeah. Thanks. You guys. There. OP gamers. What's up? Um, Brotherhood. Give me 10 day window for a collab of the four. Yeah. Come on, bro. Come on, Mark. Come on. We can construct. Oh, man. I've been, I've been just. I actually sprayed a bunch of frickin bleach yesterday. Not bleach, but well, actually, yeah. Bleach.
26:19 Mixed with, uh, some kind of sodium something. I'm trying to like get, demold my house. I was like, too much IMOs in my house. And I was like, man, if I bring a woman over here, she's gonna look a bit. It's fucking moldy. Be like, yeah, I'm like, yeah, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm
26:30 like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm a little bit better. So anyway, I cleaned up my whole entryway. It looks freaking spick
26:54 and span, no mold on the roof anymore. It's amazing what bleach can do. Um, Pakistan. Yeah, cool. Cool. And very old subscriber. Okay, cool. Cool. That's, that's cool. People that hang on for the long run. I've been putting out just, I do the live every week, but man, do I have shit content on my YouTube? I mean, it's great. It's just, you gotta dig through it. It's like, what am I doing with my life? I did do an IMO bath though. Pushing upward, man. I'm pushing upward. All right. I want you to, I want to know feeding schedule, golden
27:28 hens very clearly. The first three days, brown rice after eggs and bamboo leaves 15 to 20 days. What is finding? Please guide me. Okay. So, um, I could break it down for you. I could make it all hand feed it to you, or I could also refer you to the YouTube and this series we're going through where we went through here. You could look past office hours. Um, but then also in this here, this basic poultry seminar, which I'm going to put this, uh, link in the chat and then, um, at least I think I am. Am I? Yeah. I gotta, I gotta go here and then I gotta, oh, someone super
28:11 chatted. Oh yes. Stone Mason, you are awesome. Heat moss. There's no peat moss involved in these processes. Um, but anyway, so that link I just dropped in the chat, you can go to that and watch that and it will tell you everything you need to know. Plus more. That's where I learned it. And, um, it probably should be written in a book and synthesized down and put out there, but you know, I work full time. So as my spouse, we farm two acres that we can feed ourselves and our friends, good quality food. Yes. It's worth it. Right. To eat good food yourself. Otherwise you're
28:47 going to die. If you don't, well, you're going to die anyway, but you're going to die quicker and more painfully. You're not eating good food. Cause it's all poison. Not it's all poison. I should be more optimistic. I'm so, I'm so pessimistic. I'm like hating on all the Oh, it's just a wicked system. Yes. Make a few bucks selling eggs, goslings, alpaca manure fertilizer. Not much. Yeah, I know. It's hard to make it farming. Okay. Uh, yeah. Okay. Puna. What's up Puna? Ted, are you going to, Oh, Hey, Oh, it's Ted. Oh my gosh. I know you bro.
29:25 Oh my gosh. I know you. Cool, man. Good to see you, Ted. I know you went from real life. Sometimes I'm like, I just didn't know your last name was Elson. I guess come over to a farmer's union convention, man. I'll see you there to come on, come on. Hey, Hey, thank you. We got, so yes. Greek, Greek euros. Wow. That's awesome. Hey, cool. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for throwing it down there. Um, okay. Yeah. Claudia, you're going to be there. All right. Cool. It's going to be a K and F components next weekend. Yes. It's gonna be fun.
30:05 Um, yeah. No, no, no, no, no, no. Food comes from. Thanks. Okay. Okay. Same rainbow. Okay. Dude. The deepest explanation ever on FPJ. Yeah. Yeah. It's good. I mean, you got to know sinks and sources. I learned that from, um, the UH Hilo actually about sinks and sources, but it all, when you start to learn science stuff, like all the K and F that makes more sense in my country, mustard, meal, corn, gluten, wheat, bran, rice, porridge, guys, me about eating. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so another, another good resource for,
30:39 um, farming is, let me go to these videos here. This is my view. You, let me see your, your view would be, let's go, let's go through your view here. Cause I'll just go to my channel. This would be what you'd see. If you click on the channel, like, and subscribe or don't, I don't, I mean, what the hell do I care? It's up to you, you know, if you're watching this and you haven't subscribed, I don't, whatever. It's your loss, not mine. Um, let's see here. Um, chicken. I'll just search for chicken and, um,
31:22 one of the, I guess if you search chicken, it's this one right here, this one. So I'll also put this in the chat. So let me copy the link, uh, copy link address and I'll drop this one in the chat. This is also a very, very good resource for that. This is one of my oldest videos actually, and is one of my oldest and most popular 90,000 views. Oh, you can't even see what I'm looking at. Oh, excuse me. Sorry. Okay. So, so you go to my channel here. Sorry. I'm just talking shit without even looking. So go here to the channel, search here, chicken, right? And I do this on a desktop.
31:59 I don't know what it's going to look like on an iPad or cell phone or whatever, but come down here in this natural farming chicken feed workshop. I just put it in the chat though. You can, you know, pull it from there too. Um, that'll take you there. Okay. And then, yeah, sometimes I'm just like talking shit. I'm not even on the right screen. Live shows, baby. Awesome. Um, so when you're going to blend your food, watch this video, you'll hopefully you'll figure it out. This is like one, it's an old video. It's 14 years ago, bro. 14 years ago. I've been doing
32:30 natural farming for like 16, 15, 16 years. I don't know. So long getting old, bro. Um, all right. So on FPJ again, after draining the juice after a week or so of fermenting, you should probably, it's probably quicker than that. Uh, it's, I do about three to five days, seven days at most. Um, can I get some more by washing the mess with water and using it with less dilution? Uh, you can, I wouldn't, the whole point of the FPJ though. And let's just call it, let's just call it can of food because it's, it's food is that you're going to have food. It's like,
33:11 it's like saying that like, after I've eaten my, after I've eaten my food off my plate, can I rinse the dishwater and drink the dishwater to get more nutrition? And the answer is yes. Yes. Yes. You absolutely probably would get more nutrition by drinking the dishwasher dishwater after you've washed your plates. Do you want to do that? Is, did your plants want to do that? Like just, just drain it down the sink, bro. Put your gray water into your garden, call it a day. Like you're just after the food, you know, if you're going to spend the time, energy, and effort to put
33:44 it out there. Um, you know, what do you do with the leftovers? Turn them into vinegar, feed them to livestock. You know, I suppose you can ferment it again, but like, you know, I'm just saying, man, I'm just saying fighting endophytes. Yeah. That's a funny one, Wes. Well, Pete Moss, I think no such thing as Pete Moss involved in this. No such thing. Any dates? Oh, um, see when's good. I'll, I'll call Mark. I probably have your phone number. I'll give you a call. If I don't have your phone number or whatever, hit me up the following week and I'll give you dates,
34:23 but whenever, bro, whenever my, I have a fricking cottage that in, you give me, you know, 30 minutes notice and I'll have the sheets on there. You got a spot, bro. Um, would you like to have a vinegar around to clean with? Yeah. Vinegar is great to clean with cleanser. It's good. Hey, thank you. You know, again, I'm just scrolling by your super chats. Thank you guys. Thank you. Stone Mason. Thank you. Always solid. And my Greek friend. Thank you. Um, I think it's good. Okay. I was about, about the bogs. I don't know how the bogs, I try, I try to focus on the life.
35:03 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There you go. Age is inevitable. Um, yeah. What up Ted? Yeah. Thanks Ted. Tell reverence Silsley, Silsley, Silsley. That's his name. Reverence Logan Silsley. I made unripe apple and ripe banana plant juice and grew some killer buds. Thanks for his teaching. Iry Mon Myry. Yeah. Okay. I will. I'll, I'll sell them high from Big Wes. Where can we buy the alpaca manure? Bear. Really makes the terps pop. I hear. Yeah. Yeah. You should be exporting that stuff. You know, you really want to make the terps pop. Try humanure. It's just, it's the unspoken. I'll just
35:52 move this mic closer. I feel like I'm leaning too far forward. My neck's starting to hurt. Um, you really want to make the terps pop, bro. Humanure. Um, just saying, don't spray it on the plant, just in the soil, but humanure. Um, there you go. Stanwood, Washington. What's up Stanwood? Um, it's the cousin of Inglewood and would, um, looking into packaging, packaging, small pouches to sell manure tea though. And not go with I almost do. Oh, that's awesome. You know, my friend Daniel Anthony is selling pig shit for like fucking thousands of dollars.
36:31 I'm blown away. I don't think of myself as a can of guard is, is the stoner who wanted free unfucked with herb. Yep. No chems or fentanyl, whatever the guys sold me. Wayne and enough of the gamble. Yeah. It's the, it's the gateway drug to farming, bro. Yeah. They always say cannabis is the gateway drug. Yeah. Pretty soon you're going to be putting carrots and tomatoes and cauliflower and cabbages. Then you're going to get some chickens and you get some rabbits and then you're going to get a pig and you're like, what the fuck happened? It's all cause I got high cause I got high. I should
37:04 make a parody on that one. I do, I do a little, uh, little, uh, song. The AI bro. It cause I started farming cause I got high. Now I'm sovereign cause I got high. Um, keep it secret, keep it safe. All right. Um, let's, let's shift a little bit here. Let's go on over. Let's jump in with Master Cho. Uh, any book Master Cho that you suggest that I, I would, if you don't have my book, you should get my book. Is it good? No. Is it great? Of course. Um, yeah. Uh, knfsupport.com,
37:56 which by the way, knfsupport is up. Knfsupport. Put this back up. The server was down, but now it's back up. I got to get in here and answer more questions. If you have questions, you can drop them here too. I, you know, these were asked four months ago. There's zero replies. I, I'm not going to lie. I've been lazy. I've been doing all kinds of shit. I've had crisis in my life. Um, you know, but I'm pushing upward. Um, so knfsupport, you can buy the book right here. If you don't have my book, buy my book, support me, man. Or, you know, and then, and then hassle me and then
38:29 join the Pure KNF Foundation, which by the way, uh, we had our meeting last night, last, last week. It was great. Talked about cleanser. It was great. Um, I, I, I just enjoy kicking it with other members because it's different than this. It's, it's not just me YouTubing out. It's zoom back around, bro. Not that I like zoom, but I, but it's nice to connect through the intranet where it's not just out, it's back and forth and sitting there and I lower my chair and shit. Cause I don't want to be the star of the monthly meeting. I'm like, I have to be, you know, here, obviously if I didn't
39:05 speak or like speak up, I'd be this, but, and I, and also I, I'd rather do my support questions through the office hour or through KNF support because the monthly meeting, it's like, man, I don't want to support you. Then I want to hang out with you, bro. I don't want to be answering your questions. I want to just chill. Um, anyway, rant, rant, rant, rant. Um, yeah. So if you join this, get in the chat, bro, the chat, um, here's the chat. It's here. I've been, I've been posting about my, uh, IMO pile, which I got to put an update. I kind of let it go. I gave up on it.
39:38 I spent a hundred $75. Just give up on it. What the fuck is wrong with me? I did, I did a few baths and then beetles got in there and then I was fucking getting eaten. I was like, God, anyway, um, God is good. Um, so anyway, jump in the chat, get these things. There's so many resources out there for you besides just the office hour and jumping in. And yeah, some of it does cost money, right? And not everything's free. What the hell is this? Yeah. Origins of KNF. I didn't even find that. There's so much free stuff out there for you. Plus then you can jump back in and do that and,
40:14 you know, sell some of your natural farming stuff to make $5 a month to get in the thing. I don't know. Anyway. Um, it's not like I'm, anyway, I just, I use the money to pay for the things to make the resources available. Join my Patreon. I kind of want to fucking middleman. Just give the money directly to us. Um, Oh, you got mine already. Okay. If you already have my book, then shit. Um, you know, so I'm thinking of putting a library in the pure KNF as part of the membership perks. I don't know the ethicalness of that, but man, like master chose book isn't there anymore. And it's
40:53 like, he needs to love the love, you know, it needs to travel out from his heart. Right. And, um, the folks managing his estate are just like, bro, bro. I know you, I'm calling you out, Sun Young and Robbie. That's right. And Sona calling you out. You folks, what are you doing with your lives, man? You're killing your grandfather. Um, anyway, um, let's see here. Details are in the foundation registry. Oh yeah. Okay. Well, yeah, I got you, Mark. Okay, cool. Cool. Cool. Okay. So the books, yeah, but I think I'm thinking of putting a library in,
41:36 I don't know. Is it, is it my copy? If it's a PDF, I think it is. And then you can look at my copy just like a library does. I don't know. Um, maybe if there's only one copy of it and it's my copy because I don't know how that works. Um, but yeah. Um, um, um, okay. Well, thanks. Thanks for supporting the book. Um, yeah. Yeah. It's priceless connecting with you guys. It really is. It really actually, you know, it's $60 a year. So it's, you know, um, Oh, okay. Okay. You're still confused. Sorry about that. I don't know, man.
42:29 Um, yeah. Okay. Okay. All right. All right. Cool. Okay. Yeah. $20 bill. It was like, no, man. Um, mm-hmm. Okay. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you know, finding the right balance. Okay. Let's jump in with Master Cho because this nourishes me and we're six minutes into this. And I think, what are we talking about? I think we're talking about bees. So let's jump in. Let's see what we got. Oh no, no. We're at six minutes. Oh no.
43:17 If you don't give sugar water, they die of starvation. Don't be killing your bees, bro. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees.
43:44 Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees.
44:05 Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. !
44:33 Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees. Don't be killing your bees.
44:54 Don't be killing your bees. I call it. I'm going to rename it actually skinny solution, but you're going to go to this and spray this solution right here. Type three. So when your bees are out there starving, make this solution right here.
45:20 Food, cleanser, medicine, structure, fuel, minerals, reproduction, all that right here. Dilute these, you know, these are the milliliters per gallon or those are the ratios and spray that out there on the broad leaves 50 meters away from your beehive. And now the bees will go out and collect this one. There's no flowers and you will now have the healthiest bees you can imagine. So pro tip, don't just feed them sugar water. You're going to give them dad beeties. Let's see. Go back here. Scroll up. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here.
46:05 Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here.
46:48 Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here.
47:31 Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here. Go back here.
48:12 And there's so many B groups doing all this stuff. And they don't. They just don't know. Plus then it's like, you know, like, um, KNF was kind of like, you know, people in Hawaii to teach people. And then they're like, they're not doing it because it's like, I've, fuck. It's like, oh, I gotta make the solutions and shit. I can't. I just buy them. And it's like, the fuck is your heart, man? Where the fuck is your heart? Anyway, I'm not, I'm not mad or anything. I just, but sometimes that's what I want to say. People are like, oh, okay, can I just buy this or I can't do that.
48:41 It's like, the fuck is wrong with you, man? What the fuck is wrong with you? Like, make the solutions. Become an enlightened being. Like, what do you, what do you just want? Like, anyway, anyway, I, sorry to swear and rant and whatever, but sometimes I'm just like, no patience for these fucking dummies. You know, it's like, what the fuck is wrong with you, bro? Oh, you don't have time to make a solution. Like, it's, it's not that you don't have time. It's that you're fucking, you're, you have fucked up priorities. So let's just face it. Let's just be real, bro.
49:18 Yeah, this is like one of those, uh, what do you call it? Truth bombs. Um, anyway. Yeah. Um, all right, let's keep going. Cause I, otherwise I would like, like, uh, they become almost like a flower, flower powder. So, living leaves on a tree. Living leaves on a tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. The tree. Yeah. Thousand dollars, bro. Thousand dollars, because fuck people, bro.
50:05 They gotta make it themselves. No, I mean, I guess, I guess there's people that don't have access to the ocean, but, um, but sell it for whatever you think is fair, double it. Um, because then people can make their own. And if you're supplying that service to them, then that's great. And, and they, you know, make, you know, it's just like, it's just like, think, think of it like Apple, right? You go there and like the, you know, the iPhone is what? Like $800, but then you need more space and they set, they upsell you for $200 each time. Right?
50:35 So by the time you got something usable, you've dropped 16 grand on it. Right. And it's like, um, you know, just upsell that stuff. Uh, if that's all the result is they don't get disease and a lot of honey will be collected. Okay. Cheryl, Cheryl's a good person. Uh, I think she would have legit stuff. There might be a mistranslation of bog soil. Um, the red soil, red soil is usually just like minerally or not minerally, but like organic matter deficient, old worn out soil. It's usually high in minerals, but tight.
51:15 Uh, so think of like, um, old granite, like powder, you know, when it just, the rock turns to powder and stuff. It's not red soil is like it's exhausted soil is what you're looking for. I don't think bogs are in the same degree. Um, so yeah. Yeah. If you're doing this, the red soil will not get the disease. It will die and it will be more than enough. Stone Mason. Don't forget inflation though. You got to triple that shit. I mean, come on, bro. It's 2025. Um, look, I mean, just look at the price of gold. Just, you know what better, better yet, just sell it in for only gold, just barter for
51:59 gold and then whatever. Cause you're going to appreciate on the price, you know, just go straight gold. Fuck dollars, bro. Um, man, I'm dropping some F bombs today. You know what? Just started my day that way. Just don't, you know, I really only care about this guy. No, I do care a lot. I care about all of you guys too. Oh, all right. We're pushing upward. All right, let's do it. This treatment of type three every five days. Every five days doing this treatment. Every five days doing this treatment. So for the, uh, the bees every five days, put that treatment out there and then you don't
52:45 have to do sugar water. So I'm only quasi paying attention to this. I'm mostly just laughing at the thing of like people and just thinking of the ridiculousness of the world, but also on the pricing. So there's a guy, um, it actually like retail price thousand dollars a gallon is what it is. If you're going to retail, like that's fair market price. Um, you know, people may come in and undercut you, but they probably have less quality. A thousand dollars a gallon is where it's at. Um. And it's not hydrolysis, by the way, it's not hydrolysis.
53:25 This stuff, like if you're buying fish emulsion or fish oil, like if you're buying all these other components, they suck in comparison to fish amino acid that's been properly fermented for more than a year for all triumphs side by side. There's no heat. There's no pressure put in this thing. The proteins are intact. The aminos are just freaking wild. It is healing. It's like there's lactobacillus in it. It's unmatched. It's unmatched. And so, you know, when people say, oh, your prices are high, just say, you know what? Look at my, look at my produce.
53:57 And if you think my prices are high, fuck yourself and make it yourself. I don't know. You're probably, you know, I don't know. I think, I think, you know, maybe with that type of arrogance, maybe people will be attracted to you and be like, yeah, that is that. Look at that confidence. Look at that confidence. I don't know. So the disease epidemic on the bees now is that the circle there is a means that, you know, stony heart disease. And so a lot of bees are dying nowadays because of that circle. Because of sugar, what? Yeah, the deep down dirt, that good stuff.
54:41 But also you probably in around there have like exposed granite. Like in Korea, they, you know, they don't have that much red dirt. The idea is, is, is organic old exhausted soil. And rock dust. Like, you know, like rock dust. Cause then you're going to think it's rock dust. But like, it's just our old exhausted mineral rich dirt. Glacial till. That's another thing. Yeah. Glacial till. That's another thing. Yeah. Glacial till. It's gonna be great. So, you know, it's just like, you know, it's just like, you know, it's like, you know,
55:11 it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know,
55:20 it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, So a lot of these stuff working bees, the regular bees, because of the sugar water, they die a lot. Yeah, you're gonna, because they got diabetes, you're gonna get the bees all freaking jacked up on shit sugar water.
55:51 Like, imagine you were like, you know what I'm gonna do this winter, I'm just gonna drink sugar water until the fruit until the plants come back next, next summer, next spring, right? You're gonna drink sugar water all winter. Yeah, you're gonna die the same these bees died, right? Like, what are you doing? Like, what the, what are beekeepers thinking? Oh, sugar, flour, like, what the hell? What the hell are they thinking? Like, like, there's so much more complexity to plants and flowers and like the whole process. They're just gonna feed them sugar all winter. Like, you, you try it, bro.
56:31 Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.
57:16 Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.
58:01 Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.
58:46 Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. The top box. It's got to be here. I don't know. Did I not put it on? Like. Anyway, there's a queen. Nice queen, bro. Um. I don't know. Where the, what the heck. Well, he talks about it. So anyway, this, this, this thing here. You might want to watch this. I don't know. Um, I didn't. I haven't watched this in a long time. I remember I was there. I mean, I was there. I was there, bro. I was there, bro. Should've seen it. Um. Okay. It's in that video. Yeah. Yeah.
59:31 Yeah. Um, so, so he just flopped a Ziploc over, like filled it with those solutions and flopped it over the top and then the bees just went in there and drank it like directly in there. Um. What? You guys have like, you guys know this video? 11. Let's see. 11. Okay. Let's see. There's no on the top when the scenes excluded. I'm sure. Like start to circle around. $11. They're just like, whatever. She was exposed even by herself. Did you find the twins? I did not find the twins, but that doesn't matter. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even.
1:00:03 It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. It's not even. Did you find the twins? I did not find the tweezers, but that doesn't matter. It's just a bee to the hive is a cell to the body. Bees are constantly dying and being reborn. No need to feel guilt about squishing a bee or killing a bee. Um, I have thousands of cells dying right now. And, and there's a few hundred bees dying over these next few moments.
1:00:44 And, and, uh, you know, we didn't, we didn't do anything to them or anything. And it's just, it's just, if you continue to, to bottleneck their genetics, they forget all that other shit. And then there's another big collapse, you know? So, so that's what I do. Well, anyway, I'm not sure it's even in that video there, but, uh, I'm pretty sure it is. The first minute. Let's go. Is it in there? Man. Okay. Oh yeah. Yeah. There's a bag. All right. Let's, let's watch this. That they're turning into honey. You see how smart the bees are? Okay. Okay. So that, yeah.
1:01:25 So you put a Ziploc bag with the solutions with pinholes in here. Yeah. Thanks. Thanks. You guys are on it. They, they waxed it and propolis it up and trapped the beetles inside here so that they can't do any, any, uh, expansion inside the hive. Okay. Okay. So it's before. They waxed. So all of this. Oh my gosh. All of this is Korean natural farming solutions. That they're turning into honey. You see how smart the bees are? They use this. Okay. There you go. There's it in practical use. Thanks Shane. Thanks, uh, David, you know, going through doing that. All right.
1:02:10 And so we're back here. Let's watch one more minute of this and then I'm, I'm gonna peace out. Stuff to do. If you're going to use this tree to spray the tree, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree. If you're going to spray it, you'll see it in the tree.
1:02:24 If you're going to spray it, you'll spray it in the tree. If you're going to spray it in the tree. Oh, only sunny days, not cloudy, rainy days. If you're going to spray it in the tree. If you're going to spray it in the tree. Yep. So cloudy, rainy days, the bees are not motivated to go out. But sunny days, they are. So spray on a sunny day, they'll come out, they'll do it. Otherwise do the bag method. I don't know. Seems like the bag method worked okay. It's a hot weather. It's not a hot weather. It's a hot weather. It's a hot weather. It's a hot weather. It's a hot weather. It's a hot weather.
1:02:55 And then almost like morning dew. If you spray it. And then it makes it almost like a flowering effect. What time of day is good?
