IMO Storage, Pink Mold, and Water-Soluble Phosphate
Thomas's IMO pile in Florida flooded when the water table rose under it. Drake's fix: lay a tarp, then cardboard as an insulation layer, to block rising water from reaching the pile. A viewer new to IMO collection asked about pink mold showing up on the rice. Pink almost always means too much moisture and anaerobic activity, so Drake recommends using al dente (undercooked) rice, letting it cool fully before boxing, and packing the box only two-thirds full with rice so it can breathe. He walks through photos in the book showing good white mycelia collections versus bad anaerobic ones, and covers finishing and storage: once temperature drops to room temperature and stops climbing, IMO is ready to store without a curing period. Master Lee stored his in newspaper-lined milk crates, stacked six high with airflow underneath; Drake stores his in a plywood box off the ground.
Digging into Master Cho's book, Drake works through page 78 on plant activation enzyme: fermented fruit juice (the "father") mixed 1:1 with starch enzyme, which Drake identifies as maltose (the "mother"), with a little black (brown) sugar added to strengthen fermentation. He also explains that Cho Ju Young pulled information, including a maltose recipe and yeast content, out of newer printings of the book to keep people dependent on paid consulting, which is why older editions carry more detail.
On the rumor that water-soluble phosphate isn't real in KNF: Drake says it's pyrophosphate, formed by burning bone, which does make it water soluble.
Announcements: Pure KNF Foundation members can now log into a members-only Rocket Chat with their WordPress account to talk with each other between livestreams. The Foundation will also run a "Microbial Hive" booth at the HFUU convention on October 25 at Kahaluʻu Beach Park in Kona, with an IMO pile footspa and educational speakers. Drake closes with stories from a poultry seminar where Master Cho gave the young officers kuleana to evaluate KNF certification submissions.
Questions answered
- 7:50 Thomas's IMO pile flooded when the water table rose under it in Florida — how to save it? — Lay down a tarp then cardboard as an insulation layer to block rising water from reaching the pile.
- 9:20 Pink mold is showing up on IMO collection rice, is that a problem? — Pink usually means too much moisture and anaerobic activity, so use al dente rice and let it cool fully before boxing.
- 11:35 How should a beginner set up an IMO seed collection box? — Fill the box only two-thirds with al dente rice, bury it in the ground, then cover with the dug-out soil and leaf litter.
- 13:43 Does an IMO pile need a curing period after it finishes heating? — No, once temperature drops to around room temperature and stops climbing it's safe to move straight into storage.
- 14:30 What's the best way to store finished IMO? — Keep it off the ground with airflow all around, like Master Lee's newspaper-lined milk crates stacked six high, or burlap sacks inside totes.
- 16:38 What is plant activation enzyme and how is it different from FPJ? — It's fermented fruit juice (father) mixed 1:1 with starch enzyme, which Drake reads as maltose (mother), plus a little black sugar to strengthen it.
- 27:41 People on the KNF Facebook group are saying water-soluble phosphate isn't real — true? — It's actually pyrophosphate, made water soluble by burning bone, so it does exist and work.
- 30:06 Is there a way for members to talk to each other outside the livestream? — Pure KNF Foundation members can now log in with WordPress to join a new Rocket Chat server separate from Facebook and Discord.
- 37:07 Where can people meet the Pure KNF Foundation in person this year? — The Foundation is running the Microbial Hive booth at the HFUU convention on October 25 at Kahaluʻu Beach Park in Kona.
- 39:10 What did Master Cho teach at the recent poultry seminar? — He gave the young officers kuleana to evaluate KNF certification submissions and warned that power without trustworthy people goes wrong.

3:08 In stillness. In stillness. You're out of reach of danger. anger. It is inherent in the design of life that forces of darkness and disruption come to prominence from time to time. This hexagram indicates that this is such a time and advises you to respond by quietly retreating. To struggle or resist an anger now is to add fuel to the fire of negativity which threatens to consume you. The superior person accepts that there is a natural ebb and flow between the forces of light and dark in the world.
3:58 Wisdom lies not in resisting those moments but in responding to them appropriately. Just as a plant that sprouts in winter is doomed, one which sprouts in spring flourishes. So it is with us. Success and prosperity accrue to those who advance in times of light and retreat in times of darkness. To retreat now is to benefit in the end from the changing tides. Retreat is not the same thing as surrender, capitulation, or abandonment, which are desperate and unsatisfying measures.
4:48 Neither is it characterized by hardening into anger or punitive emotions. It is instead an acceptance of a choice. We calmly accept that the energies of the moment are against us. And we wisely choose to withdraw into the safety of stillness. In this dignified and balanced manner, we protect ourselves from negative influences and arrive rested in a more beneficial hour. So, yeah. Retreating a little bit. I guess it's always good to, you know, come back down to your farm, come back into your garden, come back into your space.
5:38 Sure it's good. You know, instead of trying to... It's hard to retreat here in the office hour with me, being here to broadcast. As, you know, it's a live show. Gotta be here. Doing it. Helping it happen. So, uh, we got some great folks in the house. Never seen L-Man Shaman before. Shaman? L-Man. L-Man. Um, what's up? We got Cecily. What's up from Western Australia? Good day. Uh, Big Wes in Belleville. Never knew where he was in Belleville. In Ontario. If you're, yeah, in Ontario, you should look up, um, uh, Rodney and Carolyn. They're up in Ontario.
6:24 What? Freezing. Freezing up there. Well, I don't think it's frozen yet, but it's gonna be cold. Ontario, man. It gets cold. Um, Lee. What's up, bro? Got our, our UK friend. Hopefully it's okay out there. See, I've been hearing all these reports about the UK is going crazy, bro. They won't even let you on the internet without an ID now, which, uh, you know, not that they don't know who you are and everything you're doing with everyone that's on the internet. You know, the NSA slurping all that up, but, uh, wild, good, good things, you know, wild things happening out there.
7:01 And, uh, Big Wes, he's sucking up leaves and listening. Cool. It's always good to be out, uh, doing good things, especially when you're tuning in. I always do that with podcasts, get outside and work like, you know, you know, I mean, the visuals are good too, but you know, getting out and feeling like being on the land while I'm listening to the good things. L man is in Germany. Cool. Uh, uh, Brecken's it do it. Um, and, uh, Thomas, he's been, uh, we've been corresponding. He's been turning an IMO pile. So the water table rose up.
7:41 Uh, he's in Florida and the water table rose from rain and gotten to the bottom of his pile. And, uh, I'm talking to him about trying to save it. And it's like, when it gets that much moisture back in it, you gotta get, get it off the ground. And so the cardboard, I think just giving it an insulation layer. Oh, I, I suggest to put a tarp and then cardboard. And then the IMOs just to like block the water level from keeping it to come into your pile. Can ruin you if you're doing it. And post up media. What's up, Baird? Good, man. Good to see you. Thanks. Uh, got Panama in the house.
8:16 Um, and see looping back to see what you said about FBJs for growth phases. What about the parent child with fruit juice? He mentions in the book, starch enzyme and plant enzyme and how they're utilized. Um, I don't know. Hmm. You're talking about, um, I mentioned the book, starch enzyme. Let me know which, which, uh, which page there. And I can go find it. Hey, Baird, thank you. Hey, super chat. Oh, good morning. Good morning. Thanks. Thanks. Um, yeah.
9:03 Um, so let me know, uh, post up where, which, which book and where. And, and we can go through that and I'll look at it and see if I can get any insight into that. What's up, Ireland? I got Paula in the house. Yeah. A good Irish name. Dunleavy. Um, yeah. And, uh, Goof. Goof, man. Hey, uh, burning your candle last night. Goof's candle. It's always, uh, always nice. I was kinda, um, yeah. Yeah. Um, okay. So I'm a beginner that my IMO pile in the German birch forest has attracted not only white, but also pink mushrooms. Does anyone have any experience with what it could be?
9:48 Start new or use it. Um, if you're talking about pink, like growth on the rice that you're collecting, um, there's a, uh, your, your rice is too wet. Usually, usually it's a moisture issue. They're drying it out. Like, like, you know, using an al dente rice. So undercooked rice. So there's not as much moisture in there can help. Pink's usually a sign of, um, anaerobic activity and also make sure your rice is completely cooled before you put it in a box. I think that's what you're talking about. Um, cause if water gets on top, if it's hot, it'll go up and it'll, um, condense and then
10:28 it'll drip down onto there and create wet spots on your rice and that'll cause like pink blooms as well. Um, pink is not usually the best color. Pink's in reds. Um, reds are definitely a void. Um, but, uh, it usually has to do with moisture content. Um, what's rice? 90%. White. 10% of pink dips. It's hard and, it's hard and not slimy or anything. I think it looks good, but I'm really a greenhorn. Yeah, um, yeah. Um, let's just, let's like, like, since you're new, let's go check this out real quick. Here we go over here to the book. And, um, pull up the seed IMO collection here.
11:16 So, one thing, one thing that's good is if you're looking at the IMO seed collection, like doing your IMOs, make sure that you got enough rice. Let me, um, there. Um, so make sure that you, um, you're kind of taking the IMOs, that your IMO collection box and you're kind of digging it into the ground when you put it. Some people will show it just placed on the top. Uh, especially where it can get cooler. And put your hard cooked rice, your al dente rice in there and fill it up in the container so you only have one third airspace. And use some natural material for this.
11:53 And then take the soil that you dug out and put it on top of the box and then cocoon it under with leaf litter. You're kind of like, imagine you were going to sleep out in the woods. Put a, put a, uh, a, um, like a, you know, insulation on it, I guess is what I'm trying to say. Start thinking a lot of things at once. And then this here where it's correct, you know, you can put a, you know, a lot of things at once. And then this here where it's correct, you can put a lot of things at once. And then, you know, you can put a lot of soil in the water.
12:31 This here where it's correct coming in like this, um, nice white mycelia. Um, this one here, uh, semi-correct. It's good. Um, a different, you know, if you dig into this one, you'll find there's, uh, probably some colors in there, but good. And then a collection like this where it was in plastic with not enough rice and all these, all these different colors. This is a very anaerobic, not necessarily the microbes you're looking for to go all the way through the microbial process. But something like this where it's nice and cotton candy looking. This is perfect collection time.
13:04 Perfect time to, to grab it. So hopefully that helps you giving you some tips on there. Um, with the, um, rice and collection there. Um, yeah, man. Heh. Yeah. No, and, and been appreciating this too, you know. Although you can't really, it doesn't really turn out that well here. Um, but yeah. No, man. I always reflect back that, uh, um, having good, good things from good people. Good to have that stuff around. Um, cool. Post up. I got that, um, page number there. Let's get into that. Um. Mm-hmm. Okay. And then, um, uh, Thomas is asking, um, how do you finish your IMO piles?
14:04 Don't you give it a couple days after it's cool to cure, so to speak. Um, uh, you don't necessarily need to let it cure after you're done. Uh, after the temperature drops, uh, below, or, you know, is around room temperature and it's no longer going up, um, then it's safe to put into storage, um, and storing in like burlap sacks or, uh, containers that you keep off the ground. Um, Master Lee had a really good storage system. He would take like milk crates and put newspaper in those and then stack the, put the IMOs in
14:44 there and then he'd stack them up so he got air flow underneath that it could breathe from the bottom and he would only stack them like, uh, you know, six high and a couple wide and that way lots of air in each, each, um, each IMO thing is only in a, like a milk crate, like, you know, what is that? A foot square, um, cube, but he'd line it with newspaper. So it was breathable. So it was breathable. So one thing, if you put it in a sack and you, or a bucket and you pack it in there, it can get anaerobic on the edges, um, or putting a burlap sack and then putting those
15:20 in totes so you can stack them and you don't have it like pressed against and like, um, smushing. Um, yeah. So putting in a sack. Yeah. And then, yeah, just, you know, make sure there's airflow all around it. You know, don't cut it off from air when you're storing it. I, I, I store mine in, um, in a plywood box. Um, and it's only about the pile height. It's only about a foot. Um, but I start, you know, it's a, it's a, it's an eight foot piece of plywood with, that I put, um, two by eights on the edges around to kind of contain it. Um, and it's, and it's up off the ground.
15:59 That's how I store mine. Um, and it doesn't have the most airflow under it, but it's, it's fine. It's not thick enough. It's not tall enough to, to keep it from breathing down there. Um, so, um, okay. So let's see here. Okay. Page 75, 78 in the, okay. Let's, uh, let's pull up that book and see what we got here. Books. Books. Up. Over. Let's go down to page 78. Okay. 78. Okay. 78. Okay. 78.
16:44 Okay. 78. Okay. 78. Okay. 78. Okay. Okay. 78. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Page 78. Okay. So this here we are reading into what he's talking about. Fermented fruit, fruit juice. It's an artificial honey using pots or cedar casks that anyone can make. Fermented fruit juice is, is the same as plant juice. I just call it K and F food. Um, so let's go down. Yeah. Hey, thanks. Getting better. That's why you're here, man. Helping each other out.
17:29 Um, so nutritional activation enzyme and is very effective as men's hormone. Men's hormone. Should drink some more of that, I guess. Be a real man. Okay. And the digestive power is enhanced and energy is strengthened to recover youthfulness. Well, well, I guess, uh, every man should be drinking this, you know, when you drink a little every day. Cool. Um, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Let's, so page 78. So he's saying, um, plant activation enzyme.
18:18 We might, when we might call fruit juice as father and starch enzyme as mother, then the plant activation enzyme might be called the second generation. Okay. Starch enzyme. I think, um, starch and, uh, I think that's maltose. Starch enzyme is what he's talking about is maltose as mother. So I'm not sure if that's helpful to you post up, but I'm pretty sure starch enzyme is maltose. What is that recipe he's talking about? Um, and then this could be second generation. As weak parents cannot raise strong children, ineffective fruit juice or too ripe starch
18:59 enzyme cannot produce superior quality plant activation enzyme. Accordingly powerful fruit juice and freshly made and properly fermented starch enzymes are mixed together to make plant activation enzyme. The ratio is one to one. So starch activation enzyme. I'm pretty sure he's talking about maltose. Um, above all, um, a little bit of black sugar. He's talking about brown sugar, black sugar, brown sugar, um, to fermented fruit juice. To strengthen the effect also to prepare the strength and starch enzyme. When augmentation is over, pour silently. Pour silently. Ha ha ha.
19:45 Make sure you do it very silently. Um, it is so, so much, uh, interesting translations. To this put again, the malt and flour powder and pour soft water on top of it to increase the activation power. So I think, yeah, this is, this is the maltose and flour power powder. Um, so he is, uh, taking maltose and, um, so I think you can buy maltose. You can also make it, um, and I believe there's a recipe in this book, if not the other, for maltose. Um, but that, that is what he's talking about. Plant activation enzyme.
20:23 And, um, when starch enzymes is hard in winter, pour more water and stir well, according to the enzyme method with cedar chopsticks. And to make and cover it with, uh, Chinese paper. So he's saying, put it in like a, some, a fermentation vessel and stir it around. The more complex the taste or smell of the plant activation enzyme, the better it is. But alcoholic or oxidized ones have no effect. So, um, so I guess don't let it, um, don't let it get anaerobic. And oxidized have no effect. Hmm. I'm not sure about that. Maybe, I don't know. I don't know.
21:07 Um, when big bubbles pop up during fermentation process, it means the power of enzyme is weak. When tiny bubbles fiercely boil at once, it means powerful enzyme. Okay. That makes sense. So it's, it's big, uh, when you're fermenting it. As it, as it's fermented, you want tiny bubbles, tiny bubbles. Um, plant activation enzyme is indispensable material and natural farming. Activation enzyme enables used resource to be utilized in various stages. Used such as the enzyme feed, enzyme fertilizer, and enzyme foods. And it further could be a good quality beverage.
21:45 So yeah, he's definitely, um, let's see in the beginning of this book, does he, does his maltose in here? Um, so, um, so just so you know, the problem with this book, this book in particular that I'm reading here, is that, um, Ju Young was a part of this book. And she convinced her dad, Master Cho, to remove implant activation's yeast.
22:30 So yeast also important, um, in here, but I think they're talking about those. Archa. But anyway, story of this book, this one in particular here is, is this, this book, the, the, um, Netru Farming. That's what this book is called. That's what this book is called. Colloquially. Um, is that this book was hamstrung. So this book, um, it, it, you noticed, uh, Cho Ju Young. Here, Cho Ju Young. So Ju Young, man, she has a, uh, talk about retreat. But she has an interesting story that she kind of tried to really monetize natural farming. And they had a split.
23:14 And so she took this book with her dad and hamstrung it. So there are books that are older than this that have more information. And they actually removed information because she was worried that if they had more information, why would people need them to come to them to ask them to pay them money for consulting if they just gave away all the information? And so that book in particular had a lot of stuff taken out of it. Um, so it is page 78. Is it in that book? 78? Anyway, so this, this older book has yeast in it. Right. And then this older book also has maltose in it.
24:03 This maltose recipe. And, um, both of these, I reckon, are taken out of that one. So they talk about yeast as a fermented fruit juice from plants. 78. So it may be in there. I could be wrong. So 78. Okay. So go back to this book. So this, but this book, uh, yeah, no, 78. Yeah. No. Um, it is agricultural material books, same page 78. Haha for maltose.
24:48 Okay. I'm not exactly sure. Um, yeah, no, using the microbes for yourself. Good. Good idea. If you know, you know what you're doing. I do not think court combining Oriental enzyme method and Western enzyme science. So he may be talking about in, in plant activation yeast. Um, enzymes are interesting. They're catalysts. Yeah. Um, so they don't get used, but they help things happen. Um, he might be talking, there's yeast, zymase within the yeast.
25:36 So he's definitely, he is talking about yeast. Um, and this, this, this part of it, this enzyme bit of it is usually. And then other thing about it is there are, um, uh, man. Uh, man. Uh, yeah. Anyway, uh, man, my brain not, uh, operating fully today. Um, but, uh, we call, uh, there's microbes inside, um, of the plant that come out, come out with this. Um, so he is talking about yeast and these things, but yeah, you get yeast in there and the starch enzyme, I'm pretty sure it's malt husband.
26:21 So, um, so if you're talking about the other recipe book, there is, it might be in that one. I haven't looked at that, that book in particular in quite a while. I usually use the old one. Um, might be. Cause this, this, this book here, this one is like a newer one and it's also Choju Young, right? So if you, if you look, you'll see Choju Young wrote this one. So they basically kind of hamstrung these books, but this one, does this one, this one has maltose and yeast in it? 75, 78. Yeah. Okay. So you're saying on page 78 in this book, I guess. All right. Well, always hard to.
27:06 Figure out exactly what's going on. So this one in page 78. Yeah. It does talk about maltose. Okay. So in this book, there is maltose. Um, green book. I, I, yeah, I'm colorblind. So it's hard for me to, which color the books are. And there, there's different books at different times, different colors. But yeah, so this one talks about making malt, making maltose. Um, how to use maltose. And this is the, so this is, I think what he's talking about with starch enzyme is, um, is this here. Harley hole thin cloth water.
27:47 So I guess this, this was stripped out of the other book and then put into this one. And I guess, uh, one way to make more money is to make two books from one and then sell both. Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, um, what's the deal on, uh, water. It's a, I'll force on the KNF site saying the phosphate isn't available on the KNF site. Like if you're in the, um, Facebook group or somebody talking, talking crap about that, then, um, the, uh, there, there's rumors that the, the phosphate is not available, but, but it's actually pyrophosphate.
28:34 Um, so if you look up pyro, pyrophosphate, pyrophosphate, um, so pyrophosphate actually is available. Uh, two inorganic phosphates grouped by a hydrolysisable ester linkage. Um, so, um, it, uh, it is there. Um, and it's only once you burn it, you get pyrophosphate. So pyrophosphate, um, contains two phosphorouses on this. That's why you have to burn the bones. So folks that are talking about it's not there. Um, I don't, you know, they don't study pyrophosphate.
29:20 They maybe don't understand this. Um, but this is the science behind it is that, um, it is in the pyrophosphates. That's the whole reason to burn it and make it water soluble. Um, and then pull it out. And then it has all of these types of things that happen. Um, yeah, the, the KNF, uh, Facebook group, probably not, you know, there's good people in there. Uh, goofman, I, well, at least I know, um, uh, post-ups in there a lot and he's been putting some good info, but, uh, there's not that many primary sources in there anymore.
30:06 So, I mean, I guess primaries or secondary sources, primary source. Um, so if people, you know, they don't know, they're just maybe talking, talking on stuff they don't know. Um, but speaking of which, um, you know, it's hard to find a group of good folks, um, uh, talking about things. So, um, one thing, uh, that I did, uh, just recently, in fact, uh, yesterday, which is why I was up late, um, is that if you are a member of the Pure KNF Foundation, Pure KNF.org, you can join this, um, we're growing membership, got all kinds of things.
30:52 But there is now a benefit for members that if you log in, there's a members chat here. So zoom in on that, there's a members chat. And this now, I just put this up yesterday. Okay. And so what this does is it enables you to, let me log out real quick here. And so what it enables you to do is to go down here and to sign in with WordPress. And if you are a member of the Pure KNF Foundation, you, this light, this right here, this sign in with WordPress, I believe should work for you.
31:33 So, I, you know, it'd be nice if you test it to see, and basically it shares your, um, profile and your email with, uh, with Rocket Chat. And then you are able to go here, submit to this, submit, and then you are now in the chat. And so there's a general chat here, which, um, is there. And then I need help, uh, trying to figure out what other channels, what other chat rooms we want to have. Um, you know, I think probably, uh, uh, maybe make a channel on, um, getting to know each other or something like that. So let me, let me make a channel called, um, get to know each other.
32:24 And, um, so this is chat to learn about other on a personal level. And then, um, here I can create that. And so now there is a channel called get to know each other. And so what I'm trying to do is trying to, uh, is that, did I make it private? Did I? I didn't mean to. Well, anyway, if I made it private, I'll make it public. But the idea is that, um, I don't like discord because it is, uh, the people that run it are gnarly. And there's all these data things where I'm just, this is, this is, uh, sponsored by the foundation.
33:11 Uh, there's a small board of people that help to run this. Uh, your data will stay here with this instead of going to some corporation, instead of going out to like wild people, instead of get like posting in the Facebook group where you're giving all your stuff to Mark Zuckerberg. And there, I don't think his intentions don't align with my intentions, which, um, I see him kind of, you know, uh, a lot of, a lot of weird stuff happening on the big, big tech level. So this is definitely small tech here, but I wanted to, you know, so, so I used rocket chat.
33:44 It's an open source, um, service to get in there. And I wanted to give members a way to kind of talk to each other, get to know each other. Um, and then general, you know, we should also have like, um, you know, like, like mentorship and, and I, I'll work on these channels and get a few channels to, to be, uh, together. So that basically gives you a chat room. Uh, it's, this is basically, if you've ever used MRC, IRC, internet relay chat from back in the day, back when the internet was. It was one of the things that the internet had before it had the worldwide web was internet relay chat.
34:19 And this is just like a hosted on pure KNF servers way where we can have secure end to end encryption, um, chatting interface with each other. And, uh, share things, um, and get to know the membership. And I wanted to give it like, you know, cause here, here, like the, the chat, you know, for the, um, the YouTube is great. And we have this community now, but, um, but when I'm not live, then you, you know, it's hard to talk to each other. So, so by being a member, it's another perk that you get from being a pure KNF member is that you can go to the chat and you can join in.
34:59 And, um, together we can grow. Um, I'm sure, I'm sure in the very beginning, it'll kind of seem like a ghost town with no one there. Um, but I, I'm going to try my best to keep this open, um, and chat there and be part of the community, part of the conversation. Um, help folks out, give you a way where, you know, um, recognizing each other of, you know, who has, um, you know, high quality answers and, um, giving us a way to chat. Um, in addition to, you know, KNF support, which, uh, Goof's been supporting and all that.
35:35 Um, but a way where, you know, it's kind of a different format where you just get a general, just like, you know, chat back and forth. Say hi, you know, who's in the room, say, say what's up. Um, and so if you are a member, let me know, uh, if this works for you. If it doesn't, um, I need, uh, you know, I just put this up yesterday and I just set up the, um, the, um, authorization to go through the pure KNF, um, membership server. So, um, we'll see. So, um, I'll, I'll roll that out probably a little bit better.
36:09 Um, in, um, through, through, um, reaching out to the membership directly via email to let you know about this and maybe, uh, you know, give an orientation to like an orientation video of how, how I'm using it and how to use it. That way you can get a little familiarized. But if you're bold and you know about these things, you can just kind of go, it's simple. If you've used discord, you can use this. It just, I don't think it has voice. Although it could do a video call. I just don't have those things in there. Um, yeah, thanks. Uh, yeah. Showing up every week for sure. It takes a lot.
36:48 Um, you know, right now, uh, I'm not, you know, I'm going through my own set of wild personal things. Uh, I woke up this morning by getting shit on in the face from a gecko. Just like wild, wild stuff happening in my life. That's, that's not one sign of how, what's going on in my life. Um, but, uh, yeah, trying, you know, trying to, um, I'm really trying to help. I mean, that's my thing. You know, Master Cho, if you watched last week, you'd be like, oh yeah, he, you know, he sent me about to this and he was like, uh, you know, a meta officer's training. You gotta be that person. So, um, yeah.
37:31 Yeah. Cool. Yeah. Donating to the foundation helps. Um, you know, we do a lot of good things. Oh, speaking of good things we're doing, um, I got, um, is we are going to be at the, um, eight, the farmer's union convention this year. We have a booth. Uh, we have a tent. It's called the hive and we're going to call it the microbial hive. And it's a regeneration center and come there, learn about KNF. I'm talking with a bunch of great people from Konoside to be instructors. Uh, we're going to have the drone there so you can see that in person. We're gonna have a bunch of solutions.
38:07 You can taste, try, experience. I think we're going to have an IMO pile. People can sit around, put their feet in, get a footspa. We're going to have educational speakers throughout the day. We're going to have panel toward the end where people can share their experience, talk story, learn, share, do. We're going to go over all the solutions, which is going to be interesting. And we'll do some microbes and then get into application, all those things. So that's happening October 25th in Kona, Kahaluu, um, Beach Park, Kamehameha Schools.
38:40 And if you're interested, go to hfuu.org, sign up there for their, um, convention, become a member of the HFUU. I've been a member since, uh, I'm, I'm, I'm actually one of the few remaining original members. The OGs, like it started on Big Island and it started with, you know, like, anyway, uh, you know, it's, it's been through its different iterations. I'm not in leadership right now, although I am helping on the convention committee. Um, so, um, anyway, that's happening. So yeah, I've been trying to push forward. It's been, it's been a challenging year for me.
39:20 Um, just personally, a lot of other things happening off camera. Um, but showing up, you know, when Master Cho said, go do this, I listened and I was like, yes, I will do this and, um, I'll bring this for you. So change my life. I don't know how you could not, not do good, not, not do good. Right. Um, yeah. Um, so let's see here. So cool. Well, thanks. Thanks for all that. Um, you know, one thing that helps me out here in these sessions. Is turning over to Master Cho, um, doing this, uh, poultry session seminar and so much to learn. You know, we just, we were sitting, we watched the chicks go.
40:11 Doesn't seem right. Oh, 56. Okay. Yeah. So we just sat with Master Cho here. He was talking about the kuleana. He was talking about how this is officer training. He was talking about the specialness of this seminar. And let me tell you, this seminar was just beyond special. Um, it was really cool in so many different ways. Um, so we sat with him. We talked about that. We're kind of wrapping things over, seeing what's going on here. Um, and so let's get back in. Let's jump back in with Master Cho and see that, um, showing up 80% of life.
40:53 Honestly, if you, if you're into Einstein, uh, you should really look into Russell Walter. Uh, he has some really cool stuff. He was contemporary with Einstein and Tesla. And the other person, uh, Nikola Tesla, looking at his work. But Walter Russell, the new concept of the universe, absolutely mind boggling. Of how logically all that makes sense. Um, so not to hate on Einstein. I like, you know, he's a, he's a chill bro. But, um, if you're into that, if that kind of stuff, you can, you have the capacity, the brain capacity to study Einstein, then you should definitely study Walter Russell.
41:34 Uh, thank me later. All right. So let's jump back in poultry seminar. Give me a little break. Let me retreat a bit and just tune in and let Master Cho fill us with wisdom, love, and maybe he'll talk some more shit about me. So when we have upload all the information you sent it, then you also have to have somebody
42:23 who can evaluate whether this is a true worth or true good one or not. And her question was, who is that? The evaluate. And he said, you are the one. You are the young officers who can evaluate and comment. So this, you know, this is just sitting with him in the tent and, you know, he's, he's given us a lot of kuleana here. The folks that were there, um, there were, um, one, two, three, four, five, five of us from Big Island here, or not Big Island from Hawaii there, um, or from America even there. And, you know, during this, um, thing here, given that kuleana over, like, so when, you
43:07 know, when I'm out there, uh, doing certification, that type of stuff through now Pure K&F Foundation, because that's turned out to be a solid, um, platform to build upon. Um, you know, um, you know, this, that's, I guess this is where I'm getting my authority. Being a young officer here, you know, in, in multiple times, Master Cho said, you know, you guys gotta do this. And so instead of just somebody that learned from videos, people that were here that, uh, are able to do it and folks that have showed up to, to come to courses in person, you know. Yeah, that's right.
44:09 So we have to send the information to you. Not only photography or picture, but also all the explanation. When and how they grow and then, and this result. And that's, so that's, that's what I put up, uh, KNF certification, you know, getting the information, you know, getting the information. And that's, so that's, that's what I put up, uh, KNF certification, you know, getting the KNF certification, you know, getting that. So it's like, you're not just seeing, uh, you know, it's hard to do remote certification
44:52 and, but like doing it, you know, so who knows I, in my life, I may pick this up again. And for, for a couple of years, I put this off, um, had different focus. Now, you know, helping the KNF community, getting the chat going, getting people helping, mentoring, building community. Actually, uh, sounds pretty good to me. Although I should probably just retreat. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details.
45:21 I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. And then, I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details.
45:47 I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details. I should have to do some of the details.
46:01 I should have to do some of the details.
46:16 I should have to do some of the details.
46:30 I should have to do some of the details.
46:44 I should have to do some of the details.
46:58 I should have to do some of the details. Because sometimes people get power and they do wild things. They're just like, what are you doing? Like, power makes people drunk and like... Anyway, it's... I learned a lot after this workshop and between now and then and now of how to bothly put these things out. And the key is small, trustworthy, small people. Instead of trying to rapidly expand to people that are unworthy and just kind of run amok. It's like, it's wild. It's really... I can see why in the old systems where like there was like one ninja and he taught one person.
47:35 Versus trying to like have a whole ninja school. It's really hard to find the people with the right stuff in their heart, in their mind, and in their actions. Even when you... Especially if they don't follow bylaws. Like... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
48:20 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
49:05 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
49:50 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
50:35 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...

56:35 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Yeah... Yeah... I used to wear a feather in my hat... I might go back to that... That was a good look... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
57:20 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...

59:35 Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... You know one thing at this seminar is I didn't take very good notes. Subsequent seminars I took a lot better notes. There's very little in my notebook from this trip. Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh... Oh...
