What is the knf way for tree wounds and scars?

Water Soluble Calcium?

Top answer

From the KNF library

From the KNF library Drafted by Claude from Office Hours and the books · Sep 2026 · 3 sources

The library says nothing about tree wounds or scars. It does not say water-soluble calcium heals them.

It does say what the calcium does. Drake describes it as strengthening: calcium strengthens the plant and makes it more resilient. (Pure KNF Manual, p. 51) In water-soluble form, it can take effect in plants in less than an hour. (Pure KNF Manual, p. 51)

To make it from eggshells:

  • Crush the shells and roast them on low heat until they brown. (KNF Demystified, p. 40)
  • Mix 1 part shells with 10 parts brown rice vinegar by weight. Dissolve for 7 days under a breathable lid, and stir daily. (Cho's Solutions, p. 13)

Drake's existing answer above covers the wound treatment itself.
