What imo 2 final result should looks like
hi,
i made imo 2 recently but i do not know what the final product should looks like. Should it be dry or wet? If wet, should i dry them out using dry air or discard?
thanks

Drake's IMO2 is IMO1 mixed with an equal weight of brown sugar, then packed into a jar 2/3 full. (Cho's Solutions, p. 17)
The library calls IMO2 the stable storage stage. (Cho's Solutions, p. 11) It is ready to become IMO3 3 to 7 days after mixing. (Cho's Solutions, p. 17) It keeps up to 3 years at room temperature, or centuries in a refrigerator. (Cho's Solutions, p. 17) Drake stores it in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. (Student's Manual, Basic Course, p. 44)
- If it bubbles in storage, add more brown sugar. (Cho's Solutions, p. 17)
The library does not say how finished IMO2 should look or feel, or whether to dry it with air or discard it.
