Sea water - chloride and chlorine build up
When using sea water.. does one need to be concerned with toxicity build up of unwanted elements like chlorine and sodium chloride which top the constituents list? thanks!

Seawater is sodium chloride plus trace minerals. (Office Hours Ep. 48, 55:36) Drake recommends diluting it to one part seawater in 30 parts fresh water. (Office Hours Ep. 72, 52:55) That ratio gives perfectly diluted seawater for agricultural water. (Office Hours Ep. 72, 53:03) The aim is the salinity of your blood. (Cho's Solutions, p. 1)
- Gathered seawater: dilute 1:30 with fresh water. (Cho's Solutions, p. 15)
- Sea salt instead: 1 gram per liter of fresh water. (Cho's Solutions, p. 15)
- Salt water on onion, leek, or garlic seedlings: dilute to 0.2%. (Cho, Recipe, p. 82)
On boron, plants show toxicity above 1.8 ppm, and seawater already supplies enough. (Office Hours Ep. 99, 48:52)
The library says nothing about chlorine, and nothing about chloride or sodium building up in soil over repeated use.
