magnesium

where does magnesium comes from in KNF?

Top answer

From the KNF library

From the KNF library Drafted by Claude from Office Hours and the books · Sep 2026 · 3 sources

The library adds two more places to the juice and seawater already named.

Rocks. Cho's Mineral solution contains many elements, especially Ca, Mg and Fe. (Cho, Recipe, p. 83) The name implies it is derived from rocks. (Cho, Recipe, p. 83)

Mugwort. The gathering chart in KNF Demystified lists mugwort next to magnesium, as the plant to collect for that nutrient. (KNF Demystified, p. 34)

Watch the balance too. Cho lists magnesium deficiency when the potassium level is excessive. (Cho, Recipe, p. 72)

The library gives no magnesium amounts for Mineral or mugwort. It does not say how to make Mineral.
