KNF as Medicine

Hi there, I'm wondering is anyone using KNF for their health.  I have made a maintenance formula and now applying the correct ratio into my water each day.  I guess I can add LABS to it as well. Would love your thoughts if you're tried it.    Is it safe long term, is it okay each day?

From the KNF library

Susanna Goodmanson shared seven years of using lactic acid bacteria serum and the GAPS diet to restore gut health. (Office Hours Ep. 134, 16:26) The library describes LAB as the KNF protectors. They colonize you first, so bad microbes must fight through trillions of good ones. (Office Hours Ep. 21, 53:40)

On adding LAB to a batch: the library says to premix maintenance solution for about a month. Add Protectors fresh right before use. (Office Hours Ep. 23, 35:49) The Student's Manual dilutes maintenance solution at 20 ml per gallon of water. (Student's Manual, Basic Course, p. 46)

On medicine: it helps digestion and the immune system. (Office Hours Ep. 35, 28:47) Kahn said OHN cured a workshop attendee's week-long cough. (Office Hours Ep. 36, 45:36) Drake says KNF Structure has helped him personally, and he is clear it isn't medical advice. (Office Hours Ep. 34, 30:42)

The library says nothing on long-term safety or daily use for people.
