Dimensions of chicken boxs
From the KNF library
The library gives one number, and it is for the brooding box. Master Cho's brood-rearing box has three rooms. The total distance from Room A to Room C is 710 cm for middle-sized chicks (Cho, Theory, p. 136). Chicks rest in warm Room A, eat in Room B, and drink in Room C (Cho, Theory, p. 136).
For the egg laying box, Drake describes thin plywood cut to Master Cho's plan measurements. It has a hinged door and a hanging curtain to keep the nesting area dark (Office Hours Ep. 151, 26:24).
The feeders come in three sizes. The small ones are triangle boxes that flip around after about a week. The medium and large ones are V-shaped and add a spinning rolly bar, so chickens can't roost or defecate in their food (Office Hours Ep. 83, 56:00).
Drake has said the info on the chicken box and feeders is posted on the naturalfarminghawaii website (Office Hours Ep. 24, 59:08).
The library gives no width or height for any box. It gives no length for the laying box or the feeders.
