Annual Reports
Transparency isn’t optional — it’s in our bylaws. Section 10.11 requires the Foundation to publish an annual report every year, and we’ve done so since our first full year of operations. These reports cover finances, programs, membership, and organizational development.

2025
Membership grew 47%. Strategic planning defined the 2026 “Building the Base” vision. Platform consolidation began across all Foundation services. Four standing committees operated with written charters. HFUU partnership continued. Research Committee established under new chair Erik Degunther.

2024
Expanded membership offerings. Participated in the HFUU Convention. Launched the Farm Apprentice Mentorship program on Maui. Drone spraying projects demonstrated KNF application at commercial scale. Community continued to grow across digital platforms.

2023
Persevered through a difficult year. HFUU partnership continued despite the Lahaina fires disrupting plans across Hawaii. Visited the Kohala HFUU chapter. Presented drone spraying capabilities to agricultural audiences. Instructional video development began with the Micro-Documentary Committee.

2022
Continued growth and program development. Office Hours maintained its weekly cadence reaching a global audience. Foundation infrastructure expanded. Partnerships with agricultural organizations deepened. Groundwork laid for research and certification programs.

2021
Pandemic recovery year. Office Hours continued strong as the primary education vehicle, with consistent weekly sessions reaching practitioners worldwide. Membership and certification program foundations were laid. The Foundation demonstrated that its digital-first model could operate effectively through any conditions.

2020
Founding year operations. Bylaws adopted January 20, 2020. Initial programs established. Office Hours launched as the Foundation’s primary education vehicle and quickly found a global audience. The organizational structure that would carry the Foundation forward was built from scratch.
