February 2026 – Cleanser (Vinegar)
The Hilo community gathers to learn about the KNF Cleanser — a living, fruit-based vinegar that flushes disease, increases plant flexibility, and builds wax layers on leafy greens. Attendees review their Food homework, taste finished ferments, and make a batch of cleanser together.
